The team at GH Dovener & Son Funeral Services West Park knew exactly what to do to show their appreciation for their local hospice during Hospice Care Week.
As part of Hospice Care Week, Funeral Arranger Denise Helm and Funeral Director David Calder visited Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice, taking a hamper of goodies for the staff to show appreciation for the work they do. Established nearly 40 years ago, Sue Ryder Wheatfields provides hospice care for people living in the North West, West and South of Leeds
The staff were very appreciative of the hamper and showed Denise and David around their new facilities and the changes that have been made.
Denise said “ We felt so privileged to be shown around and for the staff to take time out of their day for us. We have the utmost admiration for this hospice and any way we can help in the future we will”.
