Easter egg donations bring smiles to children’s ward

Leading up to Easter Funeral Arrangers kay Albery and Alison Brittain asked the kind people of Okehampton to donate an Easter Egg for the children in Bramble ward at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and they didn’t disappoint! A total of 69 eggs were donated. Each year the branch donates chocolate gifts at Easter and Christmas.

Alison said: ‘We just hope that we can give the children a smile while they are in hospital. It’s just a little thing that means a lot. Next year we hope to have them delivered by the Easter bunny! Thank you to each and every one who supported the appeal.’
