Our East London Area Development Manager, Tony Harms, recently took part in an Ultra White Collar Boxing (UWCB) event, raising funds for Hackney Playbus while taking on a significant personal challenge.
Ultra White Collar Boxing brings together participants from a wide range of professional backgrounds, requiring them to complete weeks of training before stepping into the ring for a fully organised boxing event. After committing to the programme alongside his day-to-day responsibilities, Tony secured a win on fight night.
The event also provided an opportunity to support Hackney Playbus, a charity that helps children and families across the local community through play and learning initiatives. Through his participation, Tony contributed to fundraising efforts that will help the organisation continue its valuable work.
Reflecting on the experience, Tony demonstrated the determination, resilience and commitment needed to take on a challenge outside of the workplace while supporting a worthwhile cause.
We’re pleased to recognise Tony’s achievement and the positive contribution he has made through his fundraising efforts. On behalf of everyone across the business, congratulations to Tony on a successful event and for helping to support an important community organisation.
